Cannot make VoIP calls on mobile network on Android devices
This topic applies to the Cisco Jabber for Android client. If you're unable to make VoIP calls over mobile network:
- Check your network signal. A weak signal prevents outgoing calls.
- Enable the Show My Caller ID setting on your phone. To do this from your Android phone app, tap Menu > Call settings > Additional settings > Caller ID, and check if the Caller ID option is turned on.
