Join a Meeting from the Email Invitation
When you receive an email invitation for a meeting, you can join it in one of the following ways:
Join the WebEx meeting: You can select the link in the email invitation to join the meeting. If you select the link in the invitation while using a computer, you will join the meeting on your computer. If you select the link in the invitation on your mobile device and you have installed the Cisco WebEx Meetings mobile app, you are redirected to the mobile app to join the meeting.
Once you have joined the WebEx meeting, you can choose your audio and video connection. You can receive a call on your phone, you can call in, or you can use your computer to connect to the meeting audio.
If your site supports it, you can also connect to audio and video using a video conferencing system, or you can receive a call from the meeting to your video.
Join from a videoconferencing system or application: If your WebEx site and your account are enabled for Meeting Center video conferencing, the email invitation contains a video address for the meeting. You can dial this video address from your videoconferencing system or application to join the meeting. In addition, if the host scheduled your TelePresence system as a room resource within Microsoft Outlook, you can select Join Meeting on the TelePresence system to join the meeting directly from that system.
Join by phone: If you are not joining the meeting online and just want to join from your phone, you can dial the numbers in the meeting invitation to call in to the meeting. This is also how you can join a Personal Conference meeting or Audio Only meeting.
The meeting invitation contains other information that you may need to join the meeting, such as the meeting number or access code, the meeting password, and the numeric meeting password if you are joining from a video system or a phone.
If you are the host, and you need the host key and host access code, select the provided link at the bottom of the email invitation.
