Cisco Spark Calling is Available in Canada

Cisco IP Phones are available for Try and Buy in Canada in Cisco Spark Control Hub. Quoting and ordering will be available on Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) from April 6th. For a list of devices that are available for trial, see Where is the Cisco Spark Try and Buy Program Available? .

Add Cisco Spark Trials to Existing Paid Customers

Existing customers can now trial additional Cisco Spark capabilities.
Customers who have already purchased the Cisco Spark service can now trial any unpurchased capability, including:
Cisco Spark Devices (based on geo availability)

We have also updated the partner's customer list to display capabilities provided for a customer by another partner. These updates simplify the experience for you as the partner, to help you better showcase the exciting capabilities of the Cisco Spark service.
First-Time Wizard Update—Removal of SSO Setup and Add User Steps

To further simplify the first time experience for our partners and customers, we removed the SSO setup and add users steps from the first time setup wizard. This change applies to all customers, whether a brand new customer using the wizard for the first time or an existing customer returning to the wizard after purchasing a new service.

Order Toll-Free Numbers
January 18, 2017
In addition to standard and port number orders, partners can now order toll free numbers for paid customers.
For new toll free numbers, the ordering process allows partners to search for consecutive numbers in a specific area code, such as 800. Likewise, they can initiate a port order for any existing paid customer's toll free numbers.

WebEx Trials, Trial Expiry, Customer View Interface Updates

- As part of the trials that you start and manage, you can easily offer WebEx trial services to new or existing customers.
When you start a trial or edit an existing trial, you see an option to include WebEx Enterprise Edition 200 with CMR/TNU+. After you select this service, the customer’s trial organization is provisioned with WebEx services. Customers can then configure WebEx services for their users in their trial organization.
The trial setup process remains the same. See Set Up a Cisco Spark Services Try and Buy Trial for New and Paid Customers for trial setup steps and review Manage an Established Cisco Spark Service Trial for what to do after a trial is set up.
Trials created on Cisco Spark Control Hub now expire after a 30-day grace period. For trials that are set to expire on or after November 15, 2016, those trials biw expire and all partner and customer administrators are notified by email 7 days before the expiry and again at the time of expiry. All trials that expire before November 15, 2016 are not affected.

Customer View Updates
We redesigned the customer list and overview pages that you see Cisco Spark Control Hub. These new pages now show more relevant and useful data for you. The goal is to provide information that helps you, as a partner, make faster decisions and act on those decisions for the customers that you manage.
From your partner management portal, click Customers to see the new list that contains:
Click a customer name to see the new overview page that contains:
A consolidated view of services
A quick hover-over view of each service
The account status (Trial, Expired, Purchased)
A notes section with helpful information about the trial timeline— Expired, Purchase now, and so on.
Filters so that you can view customers by account status and services
WebEx license and site information aggregated under the Meeting license flyout
Order request flyout (Subscriptions) that provides helpful information for converting a trial or placing additional orders for the Cisco Spark service.
Purchased/Free services license counts displayed under new Services section
