Use Cisco Spark Control Hub for WebEx Site Administration

With a Cisco Spark Business Messaging and Advanced Meetings plan that includes WebEx Meeting Center, you can use Cisco Spark Control Hub to perform some WebEx site administration tasks.

  

The WebEx Site Administration functions that are not available when you use Cisco Spark Control Hub to manage your WebEx site are:

  
  •  

    Branding (phase 2) - Branding the tab navigation for your site, branding the left navigation for your site, and branding the browse window title.

      

  •  

    Tracking codes.

      

  •  

    Security Options.

      

    •  

      Specify lock out account after [N] failed attempts to log in.

        

    •  

      Deactivate account after [N] days of inactivity.

        

    •  

      Specify options to display when a user forgets their password.

        

    •  

      Show security check in the signup form.

        

    •  

      Manage password requirements.

        

    •  

      Self registration

        

    •  

      Attendee account.

1    From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, go to Services.
2    In the Meeting section, click the link for your site or click View all.
3    Click one of the following icons to get started:

    Configure

      

  •  

    Bulk Modify User Attributes
