If you've already created a place for your devices, such as a lobby or lunch room, you can still add PSTN to the Cisco Spark desk and room devices in that place.
PSTN for Cisco Spark room and desk devices is available in the United States and Canada.
You must request that your Cisco partner purchase PSTN. If you're no longer in a trial, you must then sign the PSTN contract by DocuSign that is emailed to you.
Your partner must add new or port over PSTN numbers.
|1||From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, go to Places, and then choose the place that you want to update.|
|2||Choose Cisco Spark + Cisco Spark Call, assign a phone number and extension to the device, and then click Save.|
