Add PSTN to an Existing Place

If you've already created a place for your devices, such as a lobby or lunch room, you can still add PSTN to the Cisco Spark desk and room devices in that place.

Before You Begin

  • PSTN for Cisco Spark room and desk devices is available in the United States and Canada.

     

  • You must request that your Cisco partner purchase PSTN. If you're no longer in a trial, you must then sign the PSTN contract by DocuSign that is emailed to you.

     

  • Your partner must add new or port over PSTN numbers.

     

     
1    From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, go to Places, and then choose the place that you want to update.
2    Choose Cisco Spark + Cisco Spark Call, assign a phone number and extension to the device, and then click Save.
