Change the Date and Time Format on Desk Phones

You can change the way date and time formats display on desk phones and shared devices in places such as a conference room. The default date and time format is specific to your country or region. For example, the default format for the United States is MM/DD/YY and 12-hours.


1    From the customer view in, go to Services, and then click Call > Settings.
2    Change the date and time formats and click Save. All desk phones in your organization update automatically. This setting doesn't impact Cisco Spark Room Devices.
