WebEx Meeting Center makes joining and collaborating in a meeting hassle free.

You can meet anyone in the world online, talk to them over the phone or your computer, and share files. You can even see each other over video.

Join a Meeting

If someone invited you to WebEx meeting, you should have received an invite with instructions. Just click the Join link.

You might be asked to enter a meeting password. You can find this in your meeting invitation.

The WebEx user interface is simple. Meeting options in the center and participants and other panels on the right.

Connect to Audio

To connect to the audio during a WebEx meeting, you can use your phone or your computer (with a headset).

Go to and select the way you'd like to connect.

Start Your Video

When you join a meeting, your video is off by default. If you'd like others to see you, select to start your webcam. The button turns blue when your video is on.

If you don't want people to hear you, select to mute yourself.

Change your mind and don't want to be on video? Select to stop your video for the meeting. The button turns gray when your video is off.

Share Your Screen

Sharing your screen during a WebEx meeting is easy. In the Participants panel, grab the ball and drop it next to your name. You become the presenter. Go to and start sharing.
