Revoke Access to Cisco Spark for a User

You can reset access for a person in Cisco Spark Control Hub if, for example, they have left your company or lost their device. Any cached content is deleted from their mobile devices. The Cisco Spark app automatically signs them out, this can take up to two hours. You can delete a user to remove their access immediately.

1    From the customer view in, go to Users and select a person.
2    Click Roles and Security and click Reset Access.
