Technical support for Cisco services may be provided directly by Cisco or by a Cisco Partner.

Cisco WebEx

Contact us by phone 24/7.

Phone numbers for WebEx support vary. Follow the steps below to find the one for your support provider.

From the link on your Cisco WebEx site.

To access the contact information for the group supporting your WebEx service:

  1. Navigate to your WebEx site. The URL format is organizationname.webex.com.

  2. After you log in, click Support, then click Contact Us on the left navigation bar.

The Contact Us page displays a list of your support options, which may include the ability to submit a case online or by phone.

From mobile devices

From iPhone or iPad:

  1. Tap the gear icon in the upper left of the screen.

  2. Tap Help.

  3. Tap Report Problem.

From Android:

  1. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.

  2. Tap Settngs.

  3. Tap Report a Problem.

From Cisco Spark for Windows:

  1. Click click the gear icon in the left navigation panel.

  2. Select Send Feedback to Cisco.

  3. Complete the New Support Ticket form.

From Cisco Spark for Mac:

  1. Select Help from the top navigation.

  2. Select Send Feedback.

  3. Complete the New Support Ticket form.

From iPhone or iPad:

  1. Tap the gear icon at the bottom left of the screen.

  2. Tap Support.

  3. Tap Submit Feedback to Cisco.

From Android:

  1. Tap the three action bars in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Tap Help.

  3. Tap Submit Feedback.

From Cisco Spark for the Web:

  1. Click Settings in the left navigation panel.

  2. Click Support in the upper right corner of the screen.

  3. Click Send Feedback to Cisco.

Note: Logs are sent when you submit feedback, so this the best way to report issues. Feedback logs do not capture audio-video information.

Mobile users can upload a log of audio-video issues from the Spark app.

  • For iPhone and iPad, turn on the Send Call Logs Automatically option.

  • For Android, turn on the Call Logs option.

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Jabber window.

  2. Select Help.

  3. Select Report a Problem.

  2. Tap Problem Reporting.

  3. Tap Problem Report.

From Android:

  1. Tap Setting on left of the screen.

  2. Tap Problem Reporting.

  3. Tap Send Problem Report.
