User Guide for Cisco WebEx Meetings Apple Watch
The WebEx Meetings for Apple Watch app is an extension of the Cisco WebEx Meetings app for iPhone. It is not available from the iPad.
If your Apple Watch is paired with an iPhone on which you have installed WebEx Meetings, the application will automatically appear on your Apple Watch home screen when the phone and watch are connected.
Actions you take on your Apple Watch using the WebEx Meetings app are synced to your iPhone.
Start a Meeting
You can start a meeting from your Apple Watch if you have launched the WebEx Meetings application on your iPhone and signed in to your WebEx site.
You can invite participants to the meeting from your iPhone.
To start a meeting:
Connect to the Audio Conference
You can connect to the meeting’s audio conference by:
Receiving a callback
Connecting using the internet
To receive a callback:
Tap Call Me.
If the WebEx site does not require you to press 1 to join the audio conference, when the incoming call message is displayed, tap to connect.
You can then participate in the audio conference from your Apple Watch.
To call in:
Dial the number for the meeting audio conference from your iPhone. Once connected, you can participate in the audio conference from your Apple Watch.
To connect using the internet:
On your iPhone, tap the Audio icon, then tap Connect using internet.
In-Meeting Interactions from Apple Watch
While a meeting is in progress, you have access to the following functions from your Apple Watch.
Mute or unmute your audio
Pause or resume Event Center Audio Broadcast
View the participants list
Leave the meeting
To mute or unmute your audio:
Tap the audio icon.
To control Event Center Audio Broadcast:
To pause audio, on the audio screen, tap Pause.
To restart audio, tap Resume.
To view the participants list:
Force touch the WebEx Meetings screen. The available options are displayed.
Tap Participants. The Participants list is displayed.
Tap the arrow in the upper left of the screen to return the WebEx Meetings screen.
