Reassign NBR Recordings

You can reassign network-based recordings from one user account to another. This might be necessary when turning off a user account that has important recordings.


        
Step 1  On the navigation bar, select Users > Edit User .
Step 2  Locate the user account and select the corresponding link.
Step 3  Scroll down to the My WebEx section.
Step 4  Select Re-assign NBR Recordings.
Step 5  On the Re-assign NBR Recordings page, select the user account to receive the recordings and confirm the reassignment.
Step 6  Select Update.

Delete NBR Recordings from an Account


        
Step 1  On the left navigation bar, select Users > Edit User.
Step 2  Locate the user account and select the corresponding link.
Step 3  Scroll down to the My WebEx section.
Step 4  Select Delete NBR Recordings.
Step 5  Confirm that you intend to delete the NBR recordings.
Step 6  Select Update.
