Configure Default Page Options for Your Site

This procedure is for Enterprise sites only. You can specify the service (for example, Meeting Center, or Event Center) and the page that first appears when a user accesses your site.


     
Step 1               On the left navigation bar, select Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options.
Step 2               Scroll down to the Site Options section.
Step 3               To specify a default service, select a service from the Display this service to all users by default drop-down list.
Step 4               To specify a default page, select a page from the Default page for drop-down list.
Step 5               Select Update to save your changes.

Change the Default Page

You can specify the page that appears when users sign in. Users can override your settings and select a different default page in their My WebEx profiles.


Step 1               On the left navigation bar, select one of the following:
  • Configuration > Meeting Center
  • Configuration > Event Center > Options
  • Configuration > Training Center
Step 2               In the Default Options section, select the default page to display, from the Default page for My WebEx list.
Step 3               Select Update.

Join an Unlisted Meeting

Displays a page where meeting attendees can join unlisted meetings.

My Scheduled Meetings

Displays a list that shows only meetings that the user scheduled.

Start an Instant Meeting

Displays a page where users can start One-Click meetings.

Show Custom Toll-Free Dialing Restrictions

Cloud Connected Audio (CCA) customers and partners can provide a custom Toll Free Calling Restrictions document.


      
Step 1               On the left navigation bar, select Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options.
Step 2               In the Site Options section, from the Toll-free dialing restrictions list, select Customer toll-free dialing restrictions.
Step 3               To show customer toll-free dialing restrictions, select Yes.
Step 4               To provide the document on a web page, select URL, and then enter the URL in the corresponding field.
Step 5               To provide a PDF version of the document, select PDF file, and then select Upload.
  1. Browse to the file location, and then select the file.
  2. Select Open.
Step 6               Select Update.
