Check the Status of Ordered Phone Numbers

You can see a list of numbers ordered by your organization, who they’re assigned to, and the status of pending numbers. With this information you can see unused numbers that are available, and the numbers that have been ordered that will soon become available.

1    From the customer view, go to Services and choose Call > Numbers.
2    Sort your results as needed with the filtering options or use the search box.
3    Click Pending to view the status of numbers ordered for your organization.
4    (Optional) To save a snapshot of the data click Export to CSV  . This downloads a copy of the data shown on screen as a CSV file.
