If Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) has requested for a remote support key, you can create one on the Cisco Cloud Collaboration Management portal’s Devices page. The key gives TAC full access to the device that needs troubleshooting.
|Step 1 ||Sign in to Cisco Cloud Collaboration Management with your Cisco Spark organization administrator username and password.|
|Step 2 ||Navigate to Devices page.|
|Step 3 ||Select the device you need remote support for from the device list.|
|Step 4 ||Click Remote Access Key in the panel that opens on the right.|
|Step 5 ||Click the copy icon to copy the key. Share this key with Cisco Support by pasting it in a message.|
|Step 6 ||You can deactivate the key after the support process. First click Remote Support Key in the device panel and then Reset in the popup window. This locks the access support had to this device.|
