Get Started as a Cisco Spark Partner

If you are the partner sales administrator, full administrator, or are looking to become one, use this table to understand and complete the Cisco Spark partner end-to-end process. We provide documentation to


    help you become a certified Cisco Spark partner



    set up new Cisco Spark services trials through the Try and Buy Program


 Command or ActionPurpose
1    Register as a Cisco partner.  

If you're not already a Cisco partner, start here by reading the eligibility requirements and completing the registration process.

2    Complete Partner Program Enrollment in SaaS.     

Search for SaaS and enroll in the SaaS program.

3    Get certified to transact Cisco Spark. (Requires sign-in.)  

Complete the onboarding checklist, and enrol in the SaaS subscription resale program.

4    Complete the Cisco Spark training modules and pass the test. (Requires sign-in.)     

You can help new customer administrators by walking through the first time setup wizard for them. You may also add and manage users for your customers. (Customer administrators can also do this for their own organizations.)

5    Complete Partner Program Enrollment in CUWP Cloud.     

Search for CUWP and enroll in the CUWP cloud program.

6    Request internal licenses and demo Cisco Spark. (Requires sign-in.)  

You can use the Cisco Unified Workspace for Partners (CUWP) program to request access to Cisco Spark. To sell it effectively, you can use this step to know the offer first-hand.

7    Get access to the Try and Buy Program.  

After you complete the above steps, you automatically gain access to the Try and Buy Program.

8    Set up Cisco Spark services trials for customers.  

Set up no-obligation trials for your customers from Cisco Spark Control Hub, your partner management portal. Trial setup only takes a few easy steps.
