Determine Your WebEx Site Version

The procedures that you use to manage your WebEx site, depend on the version of WebEx that you are using. If you don't know the version, use the following steps to determine which version of WebEx you have. Then use the corresponding information and procedures to configure your site.

1    From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, go to Services, and then choose Conferencing.

If you see a Launch Site Administration icon for your site, you have WebEx version WBS30. If you do not have the option to choose Conferencing, you have WebEx version WBS31 or later.

If you have WebEx version WBS31 or later, you go to Services. Then in the Meeting section, click the link for your site or click View all.

2    Use the topics and procedures that correspond with your version of WebEx.
