You can view the status of your PSTN order requests, specific numbers that you ordered for the customer, and which numbers are assigned.
For import requests, numbers immediately show up under Pending. The customer can assign these ported numbers to users but the numbers are only usable after they are ported. The PSTN service provider will contact the customer to confirm a date to complete the import request.
