If you have problems signing in to the customer view in Cisco Spark Control Hub, you can change your administrator password.

      
1    From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, enter your email address, and click Sign In.
2    Click Can't access your account?, enter the text from the image, and click Submit.
3    Follow the instructions in the email we send.
