Time Zone Setup Options

In Cisco Spark Control Hub, you can set the following time zones for your Cisco Spark organization:


    You can set your company time zone based on your business headquarters. This setting is used as a default for users and devices in your organization, and for your management portal. It is also used for voicemail, regardless of users' individual time zone settings.


    You can set device-specific time zones for users. Consider this option for users with devices that are not located in the same area as your main office.



    Your users can also customize their own device time zone by going to My Cisco Spark.


Set Your Company Time Zone

1    From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, go to Services and then select Call > Settings.
2    Choose a time zone and then click Save.   

Other services such as voicemail and portals, use this time zone value.


Set Device Time Zones for Specific Users

1    From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, select one of the following options:
  • Go to Devices.
  • Go to Users and select a User.
2    Select a device, select a time zone and click Save.
