Delete a User Account From Your Cisco Spark Organization

You can delete a user account if, for example, a user leaves your company or you made a typo in an email address that you entered when inviting a user to Cisco Spark.

Before You Begin

If your organization uses directory synchronization, you must delete user accounts from your Active Directory. Then, the Directory Connector updates your Cisco Spark organization user list when it synchronizes the user account information.

From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, go to Users, click more , and then click Delete User.
