Use this procedure to delete a Cisco Spark user account in your organization or in your customers organization.

Before You Begin

If your organization uses directory synchronization, you must delete user accounts from your Active Directory. Then, the Directory Connector updates your Cisco Spark organization user list when it synchronizes the user account information.

From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, go to Users, click more , and then click Delete User.
