Partner Administrator Roles

Each user account has a role assigned that determines the privilege level they have in Cisco Cloud Collaboration Management.

If you are a partner with full administrator privileges, you can:
  • Assign roles to any user in your organization or a customer organization—for example, you can assign sales administrators as administrators of trials they didn't create.

  • Add additional administrators to a customer and manage the partner organization.

  • Start and manage trials.

  • View the status of all trials in your organization.

  • Perform some configuration on behalf of customers. (You cannot register on-premises resources for Cisco Spark Hybrid Services; the customer administrator must perform these steps.)

  • Set up sales administrators who can start and manage trials for customers.

If you are a partner with sales administrator privileges, you can:

  • Start and manage trials. (You cannot manage the partner organization, nor the users in that organization.)

  • View the status of all trials that you started.

  • View the status of trials for which a full administrator assigned you as an administrator.

  • Perform some configuration on behalf of customers. (You cannot register on-premises resources for Cisco Spark Hybrid Services; the customer administrator must perform these steps.)

If you have read-only administrator privileges, you can access a read-only view of Cisco Cloud Collaboration Management. You can assist with troubleshooting issues without changing any configuration.
