Enable Executive or Executive Assistant Services
From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Users and select the user that you want to enable Executive or Executive Assistant for.
Turn on the Executive / Executive Assistant switch.
Choose if you want to enable the user for Executive or Executive Assistant services.
Shared Line Setting Option
Shared line appearance can be used along with the executive service when the users are within the same location. Configuring shared line appearance with the executive service provides easier use of the feature.
