What is Organization Health?

Organization Health aims to transparently present you with service level data and insights, so you can act quickly to remediate end-user impacting challenges.

The feature provides elaborate insights about your organization configuration, adoption of the services you've purchased, and any performance bottlenecks. It identifies anomalies, or deviations from best practices in these three categories, and suggests reasons and resolutions. Organization Health has a simple score to help you understand the urgency and impact of these insights.

The feature is visible to full-admins, read-only admins, sales-full-admins, partner-full-admins, and partner-read-only admins.

Organization Health Public Preview

We are excited to share that Control Hub now has a beta version of Organization Health, and we'd love to hear your feedback about it.

In public preview, Organization Health is available to all customers as a beta feature. We hope that you try it and provide feedback, because we intend to continuously improve the feature based on your feedback.

We will communicate the dates for Organization Health to become generally available when we have added new capabilities and improved adoption through this beta program.

Call to Action

During the public preview phase, you'll see a (Beta) Organization Health Score card on the Overview page.

We encourage you to take advantage of Organization health, and leave feedback using the controls in the interface (below). Another option is to work with your account teams to provide detailed feedback to the product development team.

How to Use Organization Health

Before you begin

When you sign in to https://admin.webex.com, you have two ways to get into the Organization Health page:

  • On the Overview page, you'll see a card showing a summary of your organization health. Click View All Action Items to get into the detailed page.

  • Or you can click Organization Health on the navigation panel.

Open the Organization Health page to see what actions you could take to improve your organization health.

There is a summary card at the top, and a card that explains the purpose of the page, and then a list of action items that apply to your organization.

For each item in the list:

  • Action Item is an insight or recommendation you can follow up to improve your organization health. Each one has an importance, a description, and a score.

  • Importance can be Must Have, Nice to Have, Optional, or Informational. Must Have items earn the highest score, while Informational items earn no score.

    When your action is Complete, you have earned the maximum score for it.

  • Score shows the value contributed by the Action Item towards your total score.

Click an Action Item to open an information panel.

This panel gives more information and leads you to the next steps.

How is the score calculated?

  • The raw scores corresponding to each insight is recorded and added up to form a total raw score. That total raw score is represented in a percentage format as your health score.

  • The score increases shown in the list are percentage increases. Suppose, you are in the 2nd from the top cohort in video adoption, your score increase will represent what it takes to go to cohort 1. Percentage values are approximate measurements and are not precise.
