You can configure ring settings and incoming call behavior for Cisco Wireless Phone 9821 in Cisco Unified CM.

In Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration, select . |

Locate the phone that you will set up. |

Select the target line from the Association pane. |

Navigate to the Line <n> on Device <MAC address> pane, configure the following fields:
Select one of the following options from the drop-down menus: Disable, Flash only, Ring once, Ring, and Use System Default. If Vibrate on ring is enabled on the phone and you select Ring once, the phone will ring once and vibrate three times for incoming calls. |
