Share Menu and Share Content Options are Not Visible to Attendees in Webex Events
Share menu and share content options are not visible to attendees in Webex Events.
The attendees in my Webex event are unable to share.
Why are my event attendees not able to share their screen or the event window?
This behavior is by design. The Share menu and Share content options are only displayed to panelists, the presenter and host. Only the current presenter can share content in an event using the Share menu and Share content options.
To allow an attendee to share content, they must first be promoted to a panelist and then made the presenter.
