Calls through Cisco Webex from Canadian (ThinkTel) users are failing.
How do I troubleshoot Cisco Webex Call PSTN issues with ThinkTel?
Note: Make sure you set the Regional Settings in the Cisco Webex Control Hub to Canada, to configure ThinkTel.
If Cisco Webex calls through Canada PSTN Provider ThinkTel are not configured correctly, the call will not go through.
