Internet Explorer Browser is Hanging at Session in Progress Page

Internet Explorer browser is hanging at the Session in Progress page.

I get stuck on the session in progress page when trying to join a meeting.

I'm unable to join the training session, due to hanging at session in progress.

Solution:

To troubleshoot the issue:

  1. In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu, then select Internet Options....
  2. Go to the Advanced Tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Security section.
  4. Check the TLS 1.2 box.
  5. Click the OK button.
  6. Exit all open web browsers, then join the session again.
