My Webex Site Only Appears in Search Results

My Webex site only appears in search results.

 I can't browse to my Webex site.

I get Google search results when trying to browse to my Webex site.

Webex sites are appearing in search results, but are not loading in the browser.

Beginning August 3, 2018, users on browsers that do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 may be unable to reach their Webex site.

You may get search results when trying to enter the site URL.

You may also see error messages: Error: 'Can't connect securely to this page' While Accessing Webex Sites

Cause: Beginning August 3, 2018, Cisco Webex only supports connections on TLS 1.2. TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are no longer supported.

To correct the problem, make sure you are using a browser that supports TLS 1.2, and that TLS 1.2 is enabled in the browser settings.
