When dialing into an India Toll or Toll-Free number you will hear the carrier IVR “Please wait while we connect you to the bridge."

Added Carrier IVR when dialing Webex PSTN Audio India Toll.

 

Use case: WebEx PSTN Audio for India Toll

Cause: This is a compliance standard with India PSTN Audio.  The carrier (not controlled by Cisco) must play a leader IVR prior to directing the call to WebEx.
