How to Find the Name of Your Webex Site
Feedback?Webex sites are created with the format - https://sitename.webex.com. This article will cover how you can use signin.webex.com to find the site name of your Webex site.
This applies to enterprise sites that are not SSO-enabled. If your org is SSO enabled, please contact your organization's support desk to find the site name or contact Technical Support.
Follow the steps below:
- Browse to signin.webex.com.
- Enter your company email address and click Next.
- Enter your password.
- If your organization has multiple sites in Control Hub, you will see a list of sites to select. These are the site names that your account can access. Click Continue to proceed with logging in.
- If your organization has a single site in Control Hub, you will not see the screen from step 4 and you will be automatically signed in to your Webex site. Check the URL field for your site name.
