Feedback?You can easily troubleshoot notification issues on your iOS device on your own. The app will guide you through a step-by-step checklist to confirm your settings are correct, and if it spots any issues it will help you adjust those settings.

Open Webex and sign in. |

Tap your profile picture, then tap . The app sends a test notification to check if your Settings are correct. If an issue is found the app prompts you to check the specific setting, it also provides an option to Report an issue. |
