Sign into your Webex Meetings site.


Click the down arrow beside your name on the right, then select Site administration.


If you don't see Site Administration, you can review upgrade options and Purchase a Webex Plan.


From Webex Control Hub, click Account under Management in the left navigation menu.


Click Subscriptions, then click Change Plan.


Modify your existing plan or switch to a new plan.

  • Payment plan – choose from monthly or yearly options.
  • Product plan – choose from Starter, Plus, or Business depending on the features you need.
  • Number of Hosts – increase or decrease the number of licenses you need.


    You need a license for each user who needs the ability to schedule or start meetings. Users who will only join meetings don't need a license.

  • (Optional) Select Add-on features:
    • Call Me Domestic – if you only need toll-free dialing in the U.S. and Canada.

    • Call Me International – if you need toll-free dialing in over 70 countries including the U.S. and Canada.


Review your order and click Continue. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the purchase.
