You can upgrade or downgrade your paid plan at any time. If you downgrade with time left in your billing period, you can continue to use your current plan until the current billing period ends.

Sign into your Webex Meetings site.
Click the down arrow beside your name on the right, then select Site administration.
From Webex Control Hub, click Account under Management in the left navigation menu.
Click Subscriptions, then click Change Plan.
Modify your existing plan or switch to a new plan.
Review your order and click Continue. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the purchase.
