Customize the Settings menu

Customize the phone's Settings 
menu to hide sensitive configurations
and display only the items you want users to access.
By default, all menu items are visible on the phone. When you hide certain menu items, the index numbers of the remaining items will adjust automatically.
The custom settings take effect only on Cisco Wireless Phone 9821 that have completed registration. On phones not yet onboarded to Control Hub, all menu items remain visible.

From the customer view in Control Hub, go to Devices, and then select your phone. |

Set the menu items that you don't want users to access to Hide. |
