If you do not have permission to access your assigned default page, the system will automatically redirect you to the next available page in your access hierarchy.
You can customize your landing page at any time to prioritize the information most relevant to your role whenever you sign in to Supervisor Desktop.
Before you begin
Ensure you are signed into Supervisor Desktop with one of the following roles:
- Supervisor
- Supervisor and Agent
- Licensed Administrator

On the Desktop horizontal header, navigate to User Profile > Profile Settings.

In the Landing preferences setting, choose the preferred landing page from the Landing screen drop-down list. The available options in the drop-down list depend on your role and access privileges. |

Click Save. |
