Sign in to Control Hub, then under Management > Organization Settings, select Webex sidebar customization > Customize the default view.

In the Arrange services, apps, and website shortcuts section, click to drag and drop up to 6 of your organization's most relevant services, apps, and website shortcuts to customize what users see in Webex App.

If you have more than 6, you can order them the way you want in the More menu.

Click Save.

In the Schedule sidebar customization update section, select either Default (24 hours) to have the changes take effect in 24 hours, or select Schedule a custom date and enter a date.

Click Save.

You can allow your users to customize their navigation sidebar in Webex App.
