Update your subscription in Account Management to another plan. Keep using your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
Before you begin
Only the billing admin can modify subscription plans.
From Account Management, select the Users tab.
Click Edit licenses, then choose your new plan in the dropdown list.
Review your new monthly charges, then click Continue.
Validate your billing information on the checkout page, then click Confirm.
Changes to your subscription may take up to 5 minutes before you see changes reflected in your account.
