In Webex App, click Settings on the navigation sidebar.

Select Meetings > Join Options.

For Meeting join options:

• Select Use my last join options, to use the same audio and video that you used in your last meeting.
• Select Use my default join options to use your default audio and video when you join any meeting. Then choose your default audio and video in steps 4–6.

For Audio connection, choose from the following options:

• Use computer for audio—Use your computer with a headset or speakers. You can change your speaker and microphone.
• Call me—Enter or select the work or home phone number that you'd like the meeting to call.
• I will call in—Dial in from your phone when the meeting starts. A list of global call-in numbers is available after you join the meeting.
• Don't connect to audio—You won't hear any audio in the meeting through your computer or phone. Use this option if you're in the meeting room but want to use your computer to share content in the meeting.

Select Mute me when I join the meeting to automatically mute your microphone when you join a meeting.

For Video connection, select Start my video when I join the meeting to automatically start your video when you join a meeting.

In Webex App, open settings from your profile picture.

Tap Meetings > Join Options.

Choose one of the following options:

• Tap Use My Last Join Options, to use the same audio and video that you used in your last meeting.
• Tap Use My Preferred Join Options to use your default audio and video when you join any meeting. Then choose your preferred audio and video in steps 4–6.

For Audio connection, choose from the following options:

Toggle Mute Me When I Join on to automatically mute your microphone when you join a meeting.

For Video, toggle Start My Video When I Join on to automatically start your video when you join a meeting.
