Update your plan terms
Feedback?Administrators can change your plan renewal terms to a monthly or annual subscription in Account Management.

Go to https://purchase.webex.com/admin/users and select the Users tab. |

Click Edit licenses for the user whose subscription you want to change. |

Choose Monthly or Annual subscription. |
| 4 |
Confirm your changes and click to submit. |
It can take up to 5 minutes before you see changes reflected in your account.
Annual Renewals are not available for customers in
Germany.
