How to enable visual watermark

Navigate to organization settings in Control Hub. In the Meeting Watermarks category, you will find the option to show Visual Watermarks .

Once enabled, you’ll be presented with three options:

  1. Allow host to control visual watermarks

When checked, the host can choose to turn on visual watermark during meeting scheduling.

If this is not checked, then all meetings are forced to have visual watermark and a host cannot turn it off. Hosts will see the option in the meeting scheduler but it will always be checked and greyed out so it cannot be interacted with.

  2. Allow network-based recording

When checked, a host can start network-based recording in a visual watermark enabled meeting, but the recording file itself will not have any watermark.

If this is not checked, then all meetings on the site will not be able to use recording when visual watermark is turned on.

Whether this option is checked or not, local recording is always disabled when visual watermark is turned on for a meeting.

  3. Add meeting number

When checked, the watermark displayed in a meeting will have an extra line that shows the meeting number (facilitates easier tracing).
