Optimize the resolution and frame rate of shared content in a Webex call or meeting
Feedback?If you share documents or presentations, configure the app to deliver high resolution and clear text and images. If you share animations or videos, opt to increase the frame rate. This enhances the playback by providing smoother transitions, even if it slightly reduces the resolution.
If you prefer, have the app automatically select the best frame rate and resolution based on the type of content you're sharing.

When you share content in a phone call or share content during a meeting, in the Share content window, select your preference from the drop-down list:
