Manage Recommended Messages in Control Hub
Recommended messages help you focus on key conversations by highlighting your most important messages. As an administrator, you can turn the recommended messages feature on or off for your organization in Control Hub.
Turn On Recommended Messages

Sign in to Control Hub, then go to Organization Settings. |

Scroll down or use the search bar to find Recommended Messages. |

Turn On Recommended Messages in Control Hub. Turning on Recommended Messages in Control Hub makes the feature appear in the Webex App. To learn how to use it in the Webex App, see Recommended messages. |
Turn Off Recommended Messages

Turn Off Recommended Messages in Control Hub. Turning off recommended messages in Control Hub disables the feature that highlights important or prioritized messages for users. As a result, users no longer see recommendations or prompts that help them focus on key conversations. Instead, all messages appear in their standard order without additional prioritization. |
