Manage recommended messages in Control Hub

As an administrator, you can turn on or off recommended messages for your organization. Recommended messages helps your users focus on key conversations by highlighting their most important messages.

Sign in to Control Hub, then go to Management > Organization Settings.

Scroll down or use the search bar to find Recommended Messages.

Turn on or off Recommended Messages in Control Hub.

When you turn off recommended messages, your users see all their messages appear in standard order without additional prioritization.
