Webex App | Connect to Wi-Fi to receive phone calls
Feedback?For restricted networks or areas without internet access, the app uses specified Wi-Fi networks to receive notifications for incoming calls using Unified CM.
Your administrator configures this feature for you. Your device must be on one of the following:
- iOS 16.5 or later
- iPadOS 16.5 or later

Tap your profile picture and then tap Phones Services. |

Under Always receive phone calls choose a Wi-Fi network. |
