Change Your Work Location Address for Emergency Services

By default, your company's address is listed as your emergency service address. Change this value to the address that you work from most often, such as the location of your home office or other remote site.


It's important that your emergency service address match the physical location of your phone.

Before You Begin

  • Be aware that you can change your emergency service address only if you have an external number that isn't shared with other colleagues. If you have an internal extension or a line that's shared with others, you will see your company's address set as the default.


  • After you change your address, you can undo the changes and restore the default value of your company's service address.


Step 1    From My Cisco Spark, select Modify under the Emergency Service Address section.
Step 2    Fill out your address information, and then select Verify.
Step 3    Select Confirm.

Your request is sent to the service provider. You can view the status of this request.
