With auto answer you can set up a desk phone to answer calls automatically after one phone ring. Auto answer works for one registered desk phone per person or place.
|1||From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com/, go to Users and then choose the person that you want to set up auto answer for.|
|2||Click Call, and then click either the Primary or Shared line that you'd like to set up auto answer on.|
|3||Scroll to Auto Answer and toggle the switch on.|
|4|| Choose a device and whether you want the call audio output to come through your phone handset or speaker, and then click Save. |
If you set the headset as the audio source, and someone presses the speaker button on the phone, then their audio won't work.
