Manage Context Service Clusters

The Hybrid Context Services Resources page displays a list of all clusters, or applications registered for Context Service in your organization.

Access Context Service Resources

Make sure that your organization is entitled for Context Service and has registered applications or clusters to use Context Service.

  1. Sign in to Cisco Spark Control Hub.

  2. Click Services to see all the services enabled for your account.

  3. On the Hybrid Context card, click Resources.

The Hybrid Context Resources page displays a list of registered clusters and the Service Status of each cluster.

Add Clusters

Click Add Resource on the Hybrid Context Resources page to learn more about registering Context Service clusters. Alternately, see Register Your Application with Context Service for more information.

View Cluster Details

  1. Click the cluster name in the Context Clusters list on the Hybrid Context Resources page to view cluster details and a list of nodes. Cluster details include:

    • Update Schedule of the cluster. Context Service clusters are automatically updated each time users connect to the service.

    • Nodes in this cluster. The Context Service nodes include both Management and Context connectors. See Context Service Connections for more information.

  2. Click a node in the cluster details to view:

    • Status of the node.

    • Version number of the node in the selected cluster.

    • Serial number of the node in the selected cluster.
