You can assign one of the following types of caller IDs to someone
To be able to assign a direct line or company caller ID to someone, set your company caller ID.
|1||From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, go to Users, and then click a person that you want to assign a caller ID to.|
|2|| Click Call and then click the person's directory number extension. Scroll to Caller ID, choose the option you want to assign to them, and then click Save. Depending on your configuration:|
