Employees in your organization use the company voicemail number to access their work voicemail. You can also set it up so that they receive voicemail messages as email attachments.

Before You Begin

  •

Configure email SMTPs with trusted certificates to use the voicemail-to-email feature.

  •

Set up or change your company's voicemail during off-peak hours to avoid any service interruption.

1    From the customer view https://admin.ciscospark.com, go to Services and then choose Call > Settings.
2    Under Company Voicemail, toggle the Voicemail Access Number switch to on.
3    (Optional) If you want to activate External Voicemail Access, then click the box then select the number that users dial.
4    (Optional) Check Voicemail to Email if you want users to receive their voicemail messages as a .wav file in their email inboxes.
5    Click Save, and then share the new voicemail access number.
