Solution:
Note: If the chat is not saved or a meeting is closed accidentally, the chat history cannot be retrieved.
You will be prompted to choose where to save the chat file at the end of a meeting.
See the default locations for chat files below:
For Windows:
- Windows 10: C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents
For Mac OS X:
- Webex Meetings: Documents\Date_MeetingName
- Webex Training: Documents\Date_MeetingName_MeetingNumber
- Webex Events: Documents\chat.txt
