    ISSUE
Educators and students using Webex Education Connectors within their Learning Management System (LMS) are encountering an error message stating, 'Your Webex authorization has expired. Please reauthorize Webex.' This error prevents users from creating or managing Webex meetings through the LMS integration, disrupting the virtual learning experience.

    RESOLUTION
To resolve the 'Your Webex authorization has expired' error, users should follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Virtual Meetings tab within any of your LMS courses.
    2. Click the Log Out button located in the top-right corner.
    3. Click Sign in with Webex Meetings.
    4. If prompted, enter your email address.
    5. Enter your password, then authenticate with your Identity Provider (IDP) if Single Sign-On (SSO) is configured.
    6. Accept the permissions request if prompted.
    7. You should now have reauthorized your Cisco Webex account in the LMS and be able to create meetings again.

If the issue persists after following these steps, additional troubleshooting may be necessary:
    1. Log out of your LMS.
    2. Clear the cache and cookies in your browser. For assistance, refer to the following guides:
      • Clear Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome
      • Clear Cache and Cookies in Mozilla Firefox
    3. Close your browser completely.
    4. Reopen your browser and log back into your LMS.
    5. Repeat the reauthorization steps outlined in the first section.

    CAUSE
The error is usually due to an expired authentication token in the Webex Education Connector. This happens when a user's Webex authorization expires as a security measure to safeguard their data. It can also occur due to changes in the user's account settings or if the LMS session expires. Browser cache and cookies might also occasionally disrupt the authorization process.
